Quote Update 2013-11-26

1. PD Opera: Opera Patio Door

a. Due to newly designed VistaGlide Patio Door Frames and Mullion systems Frame OSMs are changed.

b. Standard Sizes

i. Doors (POF, PFO): 59 ½ x 80, 71 ½ x 80, 95 ½ x 80, 71 ½ x 72, 95 ½ x 72

ii. Sidelites(PSL): 29 5/8 x 80, 35 5/8 x 80, 47 5/8 x 80, 35 5/8 x 72, 47 5/8 x 72

c. Color

i. White ONLY for now.

ii. For Desertsand, use “PD VistaGlide”.

d. Mullions

i. 3/4" Mullions between Door and sidelites.

ii. For the large structures (3 Wide Transoms, 8’0 Door with Sidelites) , 1 3/8” Structural Mullions will be added.

e. Price

i. For now, we offer Opera with the same prices as VistaGlide.

2. Phantom Screen

a. “Phantom Screen” option is added for door systems. You still have to add separate Phantom Screen items in Quote.

b. Production will prep the door system for Phantom Screen accordingly.

c. Supplier has increased the prices.

3. Hinge Shims

a. Supreme started to build all Doors with Hinge Shims that are used to re-align doors.

b. These shims allow 1/16” of adjustment.

c. Door price increased about $1.5 per door.
